Inari proposed joint acquisition of 100% equity interest in Lumileds Holding B.V. and certain of its subsidiaries
The Board of Directors of Inari wishes to announce that the Company, together with Sanan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd and Lumileds Subholding B.V. had on 30 April 2026 entered into two (2) Termination Agreements to conclude the termination of the Proposed Joint Acquisition.
