Inari proposed joint acquisition of 100% equity interest in Lumileds Holding B.V. and certain of its subsidiaries
The Board of Directors of Inari wishes to announce that the Company, together with Sanan and Lumileds Subholding B.V. (“Parties”) had on Malaysia time 17 April 2026 agreed collectively to terminate the Proposed Joint Acquisition (“Termination of Proposed Joint Acquisition”).
